I will be using Photoshop CS2 for this tutorial.
1. Go to layers > new adjustment layer > colour balance and fill this in:
Shadows: -16, -6, -10
Midtones: +15, -10, -13
Highlights: 0, 0, -2
2. Go to layers > new adjustment > selective colour, check "relative" and fill this in:
Neutrals
-4, -3, +5, +6
Blacks
-15, -2, -4, +10
3. Create a new raster layer, and fill it with the colour #F2F0E3. Set it to multiply at 20%.
4. Go to layers > new adjustment layer > colour balance and fill this in:
Midtones: -14, -5, +5
