Description
I will be using Photoshop CS2 for this tutorial.
1. First, pick your image. I will be using the one above.
2. Duplicate your background/image layer, and set it to screen at 40%.
3. Create a new raster layer, and fill it with the colour #001388. Set that layer to exclusion at 25%.
4. Create another new raster layer and fill it with the colour #DBF1F5. Set that layer to colour burn at 40%.
5. Create another new raster layer, and fill it with the colour #FFF6E0. Set it to multiply at 32%.
6. Create your last raster layer, and fill it with the colour 043B5D. Set it to lighten at 40%.
7. Duplicate your background layer and drag it to the top. Set it to soft light at 70%.
8. Go to layers > new adjustment layer > hue/saturation. Set saturation to +5.
9. Go to layers > new adjustment layer > brightness/contrast and fill this in:
Brightness: +5
Contrast: +10
Now merge your layers and you're done!
